Why are people who are against the healthcare bill sending their children to public school?

Maybe this is a stupid question, but I don’t understand why someone who calls the healthcare bill “socialist” would send their child to public school. In that same vein, if they don’t want to pay for other’s healthcare, why would they expect others to pay for their child’s education?

I think when most of the conservatives cry socialsim they are refering to this definition of Socialism : (in Marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.
socialism defined is : a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole. I dont see how taxes paying for security, or education is socialism. I would be fine putting the law into my own hands however, i would kill people like you on site. good thing these laws are restraining me huh??? or are they….
