Train at home-Work from home medical claims billing, Is this for real???

I am a 39 year old disabled woman looking to find a job that I can do from home and wanted to know if anyone has done this or if you know if this is for real or a hoax. I don’t want to waste any time on something thats a rip off, and trying to live on just disability is real hard.

Well.. look at all the answers you got…… ALL of them are solicitations to go work for this or that company because this or that company is the “best”
Save your hard earned $$, avoid them like the plague…
if you are intelligent, like to type, and can hear well you might look into medical transcription work. You have to learn formatting requirements and lots of medical terms.
Last I heard this pays well.
