Medical Billing?

I want to work from home so have been thinking of going to school to do medical billing/coding. I need advice on good programs/schools, the liklihood of getting a job right away. How much experience people want and if you can easily get jobs that start out at home. Please help w/ detailed advice!

Its pretty easy to get into and the pay is decent but most jobs to require you to leave you house and go to work.
You could just try to apply to medical billing firms and learn on-the-job. There are many medical billing companies that are small firms (just a few employees). Also, if you worked at one of these firms first, you would not only get “real world” experience, but also a better idea if you would actually want to do this sort of work from home.
