Know a good city to live for a Medical Biller looking to go back to school?

I do medical billing as my profession but looking to move out of the area, does anyone know a city that pays well for medical billers?

   I would say California!! you can look at the medical billing page at PureMedicalJobs.com and see where the demand is but i would say CA or maybe FL
