		<description>Yes if you love your newly acquired skills more than you do what you are doing on your current job. and the benefits will offset the 1.00 an hour loss and you will be using your medical billing education. You will no doubt have an opportunity to move up and get raises whereas you may not at your job now.  Do what you love if possible- so take that into consideration too.</description>

		<description>Absolutely..  it is very hard to break into the coding/billing field. Most employers require experience, so you are very lucky to have an offer.  It took me 2 years to find a coding job!  If you don&#039;t take this, another position might not come along anytime soon. Especially considering the bad ecomomy, and the competition is high now, I would highly advise that you take this job.</description>
