sorry about the sarcasim…………..
this is a certificate level job not post-secondary education.
you can work in medical coding/medical records/billing without any certifications or continuing education if the employer will train you.
these jobs are generally a little bit ($2.00 – $4.00) above minimum wage.
You can have a degree in this area, but it is usually partnered up with something like administration.
Medical Billing and Coding is not a college degree – just a “trade school” type of certificate.
